Foster care liaisons are located on each campus and are housed in both Financial Aid and the Educational Planning, Counseling and Completion (EPCC) offices. The liaisons assist foster care alumni with transitioning to college and with applying for available benefits. Enrolled foster care alumni are identified at the start of each semester and are assigned a case manager through EPCC.
