The College desires to avoid any conflict of interest (actual, perceived, or potential) or appearance of conflict between the College’s interests and those of any trustee or employee. Any circumstances that could cast doubt or even the appearance of doubt, upon an individual’s ability to act with total objectivity regarding the College’s interests represent a potential conflict of interest situation.
A policy and related procedure regarding ethical conduct and conflicts of interests is available to provide information regarding the college’s expectations surrounding conflicts of interest. Please see Conflict of Interest Additional Guidance for further clarification surrounding conflicts of interests. You may also contact the Internal Audit Department if you have further questions.
Once you have determined that you have an actual, perceived or potential conflict of interest to report, please complete the Conflict of Interest Disclosure form and forward to internal.audit@sjcd.edu.
