Payment Deadlines

Once you’re registered for classes, you must pay your tuition and charges by certain due dates to hold your spot.

Can’t pay all at once? Take advantage of our installment payment plan (IPP) to stretch the cost over multiple payments.

If any class changes have been made since complete payment that increases the balance and are not covered by the methods above, these classes are unpaid and will also be removed.

To review your student Account Balance, log into your SOS account and select the Students tab, then Student Account Summary, and finally Account Summary.

Summer

Students are limited to the number of credit hours they may take during the Summer term based on the total number of calendar weeks. The maximum number of calendar weeks is 13. The way to calculate the number of hours is to determine the calendar weeks of your courses and refer to the chart below. Do not duplicate the weeks. For example: If you are in a 3 and a 13-week part of term, your calendar weeks are 13 because the 3 week is contained within the 13-week maximum (the calendar weeks are not 16 in this scenario). The part of term identifier prints on the Schedule/Bill.

The Student Records Management Office will run reports to identify students who are registered over the maximum hours and will notify them by email to adjust their schedules. If the schedules are not adjusted by the student, the Office will drop the last course(s) for which the student registered until the appropriate number of hours is reached.

The total maximum credit hours is 14 hours for the Full term and/or combination of parts of term.

Part of Term Description # of  Calendar Weeks # of Max Credit  Hours
Mini Semester (3) 3 weeks 3 hours
