MEDICAL ASSISTING PROGRAM STUDENT OUTCOMES RESULTS:

  1. San Jacinto College Medical Assistant Certificate Program has a job placement rate of 60.66% for the graduating class of 2019.
  2. San Jacinto College Medical Assistant Certificate Program has a retention rate of 89.19% for the admission cohorts that entered in January and August of 2019. There are several support services available to students so they can successfully complete the program.
  3. San Jacinto College Medical Assistant Certificate Program exam passage rate for those who graduated in 2019 is 77.19%.

The program student outcomes are on the most recent Annual Report Form submitted to the Medical Assisting Education Review Board (MAERB) and the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
