Blackboard is the learning management system adopted to support all courses at San Jacinto College.
Login to Blackboard on the first day of your classes. You will need to use your G# and SOS password.
You can login to SJC Blackboard at http://online.sanjac.edu/.
Check your course(s) Under the Courses tab for communication from your instructor(s) and to learn their expectations on how to succeed in their class.
Office 365 also provides access for students to Microsoft Office products and online storage.

San Jacinto College provides students access to email through Microsoft Office 365. This is where you will access your official SJC student email account. You will be required to use your SJC student email to communicate with your instructors.

Faculty use the Qwickly Attendance tool in Blackboard to record and track student attendance. Students can access a student record view of their marked attendance.
Students can use the My Grades tool in Blackboard to check and track their grades.

Open Books is an initiative to help students save money on textbooks. The Open Books Program is focused on "affordable learning" and works with faculty to identify quality low or no cost resources for students, which allows them to focus on learning and not the expense of textbooks.
