Guests: There are NO limits to the number of guests you can have. There are no tickets required for guest seating. It will be open seating once inside the stadium.
No decorations are allowed on caps or gowns: You will be asked to remove any decorated regalia before walking across the stage. Please leave the decorations at home.
Graduates will enter through Amegy Gates, follow signs to graduate entrance.
Graduates will be emailed their seat number the day before the ceremony. If you do not receive the email don’t worry, there will be staff to assist you at the stadium.
Anyone arriving after 6:55pm will be seated after the ceremony starts where seating is available and not your assigned seat.
You cannot carry anything into the seating area. Leave all belongings with your guests this includes purses, bubbles, flowers, etc. You cannot have anything but your name card that will be given to you at the ceremony when you cross the stage
Arrive dressed in regalia. There will not be a dressing area at the stadium. Dress comfortably, for an indoor airconditioned environment. It is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes. There is a lot of walking on cement floors including going up and down stairs as well as standing for long periods of time.
Cell phones are allowed if carried in a pocket or a very small purse worn under gown that is not visible.
The ceremony will last approximately 1½ hour, graduates must stay for the entire ceremony. If you know that you cannot stay for the entire ceremony, please contact us to defer your attendance to the next available ceremony.
Graduates will be walked out and can meet their families outside in Bud Plaza.
