We have created a series of YouTube videos to provide visual instructions for scheduling and joining a tutoring appointment. Here are the video links:

Students can join their tutor's Zoom room through the link in TutorTrac up to 15 minutes early and wait for their appointment to start. Students who do not show up within the first 15 minutes forfeit their session. If a student misses 3 appointments, the student will not be able to schedule future appointments without approval.
